Refund Policy

We at planttreesherbal, ensure to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We take great care to ensure that our products are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping. However, we understand that there may be situations where a customer may need to return a product.

1. Please note that we do not take any returns or refunds unless the product is intact in its box packaging without opening.
2. In the event that the product is damaged, please send us the pictures of the damages within 24 hours of receiving the product. This is to ensure that we can verify the issue and solve the same at the earliest.
3. If the product is intact and unopened, customers may return it within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note that customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
4. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging.
5. If it meets our requirements, we will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
6. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for spares, accessories & detergents.
