3. Temperature Sensitivity (Melting Policy)

Our body butters and hair butters are formulated without chemical hardening agents or stabilizers.

• Transit Conditions: In warmer temperatures or during transit, these products may soften or melt.

• Restoration: If your product arrives in a melted state, please refrigerate it immediately upon receipt to restore its original solid consistency. Melting does not change the nutritional benefits or effectiveness of the product.

4. Order Policy & Modifications

• No Cancellations: Once an order is successfully placed through our Site, it is considered final. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified (this includes changes to products, quantities, or shipping addresses).
